Casa Oleandra is an apartment built in 2018, furnished and dedicated exclusively to adult guests. It is accessed from a large private veranda, furnished and equipped. The apartment has two bedrooms with two beds each, with a double bed or two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and natural ventilation. LED TV in the living room and in both rooms. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a refrigerator with icebox, induction hob, electric oven and dishwasher. The apartment is cooled by two air conditioners and in both rooms there is also a ceiling fan. Washing machine and free wifi. For moments of relaxation there are outdoor spaces in the garden. The swimming pool (1.40 meters high) with whirlpool is available for our guests.
